Saventoravio S.L., with registered office at Calle de Velázquez 45, 3º, 28001 Madrid (Spain), VAT ID B-87654321, is the controller of the personal data collected through saventoravio.com.

2. Data we collect

Through our newsletter form we collect: name, email and, optionally, message content. We do not request special categories of data. Additionally, if you authorise analytics cookies, we may collect aggregated technical browsing data.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Your data are used exclusively to send the informative newsletter, respond to your queries and maintain editorial communication on environmental outreach. The legal basis is your explicit consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, for queries, attention to your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

4. Retention

Newsletter data is kept while you remain subscribed. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in each delivery. Queries are kept for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact.

5. Rights

You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability, as well as withdraw consent, by writing to contact@saventoravio.com. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

6. Regulatory framework

This policy is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) and the AEPD guidelines in force for 2026.
